Has anyone else been following the updates on Arleigh Bryant's case? It's incredibly distressing to read about the chaos that night and to think about how Bryant's family must be feeling. I noticed in some reports that several guns were collected from the scene. This makes me wonder about the level of planning involved, especially since there were so many people and off-duty officers nearby when it happened. The sheer number of firearms raises questions about whether certain individuals intended for a confrontation that night or if this was a spontaneous eruption of violence. With the arrests of Damien Evans, Shawn Cannon, and now a 16-year-old, it's clear that multiple people played roles that night. But who was truly responsible, and what was the motive? The fact that there's a teenager involved is particularly troubling. How does someone so young get caught up in something like this? Charlotte has been grappling with the aftermath, and I hope the community continues to provide support for Bryant's loved ones. Each update from CMPD seems significant, yet until there's full accountability, I can’t imagine the closure his family hopes to find. I’ll be keeping Arleigh and his family in my thoughts as this investigation unfolds.
