Has anyone looked into the possibility that Rafael might have been trying to meet someone just north of where he was last spotted? I mean, it makes sense if he had a planned destination or someone waiting for him. I know a lot of people traveling that route have connections or contacts established ahead of time. Maybe he had friends or family expecting him? I haven't seen much discussion around who he might have known in that area. It just seems like something to consider. Thoughts?
