I've been looking into Steven Latipow's case, and something that stands out to me is the timing of his disappearance. Leaving around 4:00 PM means it wouldn't get dark for another few hours in early November. Did he plan on going somewhere specific where he felt safe, or was it more of a spur-of-the-moment decision? I wonder if he could have been meeting someone or simply trying to distance himself from the argument. It's also curious that he took his medication with him; perhaps he anticipated being away longer than just a few hours. I hope discussing these details helps someone remember something useful. Anyone else have thoughts on why he left at that time?
