I can't stop thinking about how absolutely tragic this situation is for both families involved. With kids the same age as Davion and his friend, I can't even begin to imagine the pain they're both going through. It’s a reminder of how crucial it is to have conversations about gun safety and awareness, even though it's a tough subject to broach. This case is such a devastating example of what can happen when firearms find their way into young hands. My heart goes out to Davion’s family and also to the family of the other boy whose life will never be the same after this. Let's hope something positive can come from such a tragic incident, like heightened awareness or advocacy efforts to prevent future accidents.
