Hey everyone, I just wanted to share my thoughts on the recent development in the case of Tiara Love “Tori” Jackson. It's so sad to see another life lost so tragically, especially someone from the Black transgender community who has faced so many challenges in life. I can't stop thinking about how quickly the police have worked to bring Darris Dee Marshall into custody, but I'm curious about what led to this. Was there any sort of security footage that helped, or was it more about witness accounts? Also, it's really troubling to hear about how frequent violence is in the hotel corridor where this happened. It makes you wonder about the safety measures in place—or the lack thereof. I’m hoping that this tragic event will push for more rigorous security checks and surveillance in these areas, to prevent another tragedy like this. Sending love to Tori’s family and friends during this unimaginably difficult time. They deserve answers and justice for their loss.

Has anyone else been following the case of Tiara Love “Tori” Jackson? My heart truly goes out to her family and friends during this unimaginable time. Something that's been on my mind is whether there was any history between her and Darris Dee Marshall prior to this tragic event. It seems strange, doesn't it, that someone would be at a hotel at that hour unless they knew someone there? I’ve seen mentions of increased hotel-area violence in the local news, but it still doesn’t quite add up for me. Also, I'm really hoping that more information from the security footage and witness reports will shed light on what happened. It's so important for Tori’s loved ones to find peace and justice. If anyone has heard anything more concrete about the motive or possible connections, I’d love to hear. Stay safe, everyone.
