In the early hours of a summer night, Shelia Ann Carver was last seen in the Utica area of Seneca, South Carolina. She was 33 years old at the time and resided at the B&B Trailer Park with her boyfriend. According to reports, she left the trailer park with another individual in a car. The person she was with later told investigators that Shelia had a change of heart and wished to return home.
