Shelia Ann Carver, 33, was last seen after midnight on June 16, 1998, at the B&B Trailer Park in Seneca, South Carolina, where she lived with her boyfriend. That night, she left the trailer park with someone, but shortly after, she reportedly changed her mind and asked to be dropped off near her home in the Utica Mill Hill area. The next morning, her recently purchased car was found parked near her residence, but Shelia herself was never heard from again.
