I’ve been following the case of Jody James, and something that's really been on my mind is the location. The fact that this tragic event happened in what seems to be a relatively quiet area like the Finey area near Deepwater, Missouri, makes it all the more unsettling. It just goes to show how violence can erupt anywhere, even in the most unexpected places. My heart goes out to the neighbors and local community trying to process and come to terms with such a shocking incident happening so close to home. I hope they’re able to support each other through this difficult time. It’s so important to remain vigilant and remember that these areas, often considered safe havens from big-city crime, aren’t immune to such tragedies. It’s just all so senseless and sad. Anyone else familiar with the area or know if there have been similar incidents in the past?
