In situations like these, the community’s role can be crucial. If anyone saw something or knows anything – even if it seems insignificant – it’s vital to speak up. We owe it to Damien and his loved ones to help find the truth. Keeping silent only lets violence win. For those of us who feel helpless, all we can do is keep Damien’s memory alive and support his family and friends in any way possible. Let’s hope for some answers and justice soon.
