I’ve been following the case of Teandre Gibson, and what strikes me is the lack of information coming forward from the community. It's deeply concerning that such a young life was senselessly lost, and yet, people are scared or unwilling to speak up. I understand the fear of retaliation or getting involved, but staying silent only allows this violence to continue. Teandre's family deserves justice, and this cycle needs to be broken somehow. I wonder what measures are being taken to encourage witnesses to come forward safely. Are there any community programs or non-profits stepping in to support the investigation and reassure witnesses of their safety? I’m hoping and praying for peace for Teandre’s loved ones and for some answers soon.
