On a cold December morning in 2020, the life of 43-year-old Darlene S. Brown, a Black/African American female from Hamden, Connecticut, was tragically cut short. On December 16th, police responded to the area of Pine Rock Avenue and Arch Street to find Ms. Brown in the driver's seat of her vehicle, having sustained multiple gunshot wounds.
