I can’t stop thinking about Delvyon Carmichael, the 17-year-old who was also a victim in the tragic events at El Mercado Fresco. It's deeply saddening to see such a young life cut short. I keep wondering what his dreams were and what future he had envisioned for himself. At just 17, he should have been worrying about school, friends, and maybe what he planned to do after graduation, not about being caught in something so horrific. My thoughts are with his family who are undoubtedly experiencing unimaginable grief. It breaks my heart to see this kind of violence impacting young lives. If anyone knew Delvyon or has memories of him, sharing them here might help keep his memory alive. We can't let the violence become just another statistic; we should remember the individuals who were lost.
