Thinking about Susan Rae Perron and just how much potential was taken away from her is devastating. I recently stumbled across an old article about her case, and it’s a chilling reminder of how much we still don’t know. It’s hard to fathom how something so tragic could happen in broad daylight, on her way to enjoy what should have been a carefree day at the park. I’m curious if there were any witnesses from Lorenzi Park that day who came forward or noticed anything suspicious. Lorenzi Park would have been busy, right? It seems hard to believe no one saw anything. My heart goes out to Susan’s family and friends who, after all these years, still haven’t gotten the answers they desperately deserve. If anyone has more insights into whether there were reported sightings or any leads from park visitors back then, I’d love to hear your thoughts. Keeping hope alive that justice will eventually be served for Susan.
Hey everyone,
I've been thinking a lot about Susan Rae Perron's case lately and how much Lorenzi Park must have meant to her. You know, just a typical teen heading out for a day of swimming and fun—but instead, never making it there. It just hits you hard to think about the mundane routines and the sense of safety we often take for granted, and how that was ripped away from her.
I wonder if there's anyone who was around the park that day back in '71 who might have seen something unusual or someone lurking. It's wild to think how even the smallest piece of information could break open a case like this. I feel for Susan's family and friends who have had to carry this for so long without answers. My heart goes out to them, and I hope that someday they'll find justice for Susan.
Anyone here from Vegas back then, or maybe familiar with how things were around Lorenzi Park in the early '70s? It's a long shot, but who knows, something might just click!
Thanks for listening,
