I can't stop thinking about the initial call that came in as an overdose. It's chilling to realize how different this might have played out if that detail wasn't reported. Did someone witness the shooting and try to divert attention by labeling it an overdose, or was it pure miscommunication? Either way, it seems like a significant oversight. Perhaps if more urgency had been placed on it as a shooting, Damarius might have received quicker aid. My heart goes out to his loved ones as they navigate this painful time. They deserve answers, and I hope the investigation reveals the truth about what really happened that night at the Pleasant Motel.
