Hey everyone, I’ve been digging into April McCaslin's case, and something that really stands out to me is the connection to LaFortune Park. We know her bank card was found there by a jogger, and it got me thinking about how often this park comes up in missing persons cases. Considering that April enjoyed jogging, it makes sense she would have been comfortable there. But given the park’s size and foot traffic, you’d think someone might have seen more or noticed if anything unusual was going on around the time she went missing. Also, I'm curious if there have been any searches done with cadaver dogs in that area back then, or more recently. Did law enforcement follow up thoroughly on this lead, especially since April was last known to frequent that place? It's such a public spot; surely someone might remember something, even if it seemed minor. Does anyone else think it’s worth getting a group of local volunteers to help search the park again, or at least to talk to people who regularly visit there? Sometimes even the smallest detail can help piece things together. ? Would love to hear your thoughts!

Has anyone else come across the recent development about the bank card found? It's been nagging at me since I read about it. LaFortune Park seems like such a key location in all this. The fact that it's where April's card turned up and she was known to jog there makes me wonder if she met someone she knew. Was she such a regular that people started recognizing her routines? Also, the timing of it being found feels off—months after she vanished. It’s like there are breadcrumbs, but they all lead to dead ends. I know the police have done their search, but maybe there's more we aren't seeing. Could this be a clue that was overlooked, or just an unfortunate coincidence? Would love to hear other thoughts on what this might mean for the case.
