I've been thinking a lot about the safety concerns at Ford Park following Edgar Villa's tragic death. It's deeply unsettling to think about how a place meant for community gatherings became the site of such violence. With estimates indicating over 100 people were there, it's baffling that more folks haven’t stepped forward with what they saw or heard. The aftermath has sparked much debate over the lack of security and lighting in the park, and I really hope this leads to constructive changes. It’s crucial for everyone’s peace of mind and, hopefully, to prevent something like this from happening again. My thoughts are with Edgar’s family during this unimaginably difficult time. They deserve justice, and the community needs to ensure no stone is left unturned in finding out who is responsible for this terrible act.
