I've been thinking a lot about how Robin Kaye and Thomas DeLuca lived vibrant lives for so long, only for it all to be taken away so cruelly. It really hits hard to see their careers highlighted in light of this tragedy. Robin's work on American Idol undoubtedly touched countless lives, and it's sad to think of her potential to keep influencing the music world getting cut short. What’s haunting is the indication that Robin and Thomas might have been killed with a firearm already in their home. It makes me wonder about how this burglary escalated to such violence. It’s terrifying to think about the unlocked door – something so easily overlooked and yet so critical in this situation. The community's response has been significant, with detectives actively gathering footage and witness statements. I hope they piece together everything soon for the sake of their family and friends. Their neighborhood certainly won't feel the same after what happened. Sending love to all those affected during this difficult time.
