I’ve been following this tragic case closely, and something keeps standing out to me—the level of community involvement or, rather, the lack thereof. It’s really unsettling to think about how a bustling area with businesses like The Avenue Market didn’t yield more eyewitnesses or potential leads. It's been days since that horrible night, and despite the police urging people to come forward, it feels like there’s still a veil of silence. I genuinely believe that someone out there knows more than they’re saying. Maybe they’re scared, or maybe they think what they saw isn’t important. But when it comes to bringing justice for Kirsten Washington and Devin Thompson, every little detail can be crucial. For the sake of Kirsten’s friends and family, I hope that whoever has information finds the courage to speak up soon. Nobody deserves to lose their loved ones in such a senseless act of violence and certainly not go without answers. Let's keep sharing and talking about this to help bring some semblance of peace to those affected.
