Has anyone else looked into the weather conditions on March 9, 2012, when Michael Bickel went missing? I'm curious about the state of Lake Michigan that day, especially since his note said he intended to swim to Chicago. Lake Michigan is no joke even in calm weather, and March can be brutal with cold water temperatures and unpredictable conditions. Did any search or rescue operations comment on this back then? I'm wondering if the weather could have played a significant role in his case.
