I've been following the updates on Rico Antwan Mitchell's tragic death, and it's such a heavy thought that his family and friends are having to deal with this senseless act of violence. The Gramercy Park area has seen its share of struggles, but it's devastating when innocent lives are caught up in these outbursts. I’m curious if there have been any initiatives in the past to increase community safety there. I know every neighborhood has its challenges, but maybe this might push for changes that could prevent something like this in the future. My heart goes out to those who knew Rico. I hope they find some comfort and answers soon. Does anyone know if there's been any update from the LAPD about finding the suspects? It feels like these things move so slowly sometimes.
