Hey everyone,
I've been thinking a lot about the location where Elmer Rodas Garcia was found, and it just doesn't sit right with me. That particular area along the 405 is so exposed yet strangely isolated. It's hard to imagine how something like this could happen there without someone seeing or hearing anything. The fact that it's near a cluster of tents and encampments makes me wonder if anyone living nearby might have key information without even realizing it.
The noise from the freeway must be constant, and I can't help but think it could easily drown out any disturbance. It really makes you think about how invisibility can happen in broad daylight, doesn't it?
