I've been following the Jessica Peacock case closely, and something that's been on my mind is the impact on the family left behind. It’s unimaginable how devastating this must be for everyone who knew and loved her. I can't stop thinking about how this tragedy is affecting her husband; his life has changed overnight in ways most of us can't fathom. The fact that it was someone within the family, allegedly, must make the mourning even more complicated and painful. I hope the family and friends find the support they need in such a difficult time, and that justice is appropriately served for Jessica. If anyone is able to share how the community is coming together to support them, it would be comforting to know that they aren’t going through this alone.
