I came across the discussion about Vernon Ray Todd's case and couldn't help but think about how painful it must be for his family that this has gone unresolved for so long. It’s devastating that a young life was cut short, and the lack of answers must be so difficult to bear. I've been wondering if anyone has revisited the details about the dark blue low rider seen around the time of the shooting. It's such a unique vehicle, especially with those chrome rims. I hope that after all these years, someone might have remembered seeing it or knowing its owner. Maybe an anniversary article or social media post could shake something loose? Sending strength and hope to those who knew Vernon; he deserves justice.
