I still can't wrap my head around how someone could do this to Robin and her husband. I feel for their family and friends, especially given the details that have emerged. What stands out to me is how the alleged suspect, someone so young, could have been involved in something so violent. It’s troubling to think about what could lead to such a senseless act.
I also wonder about the timeline here. If the suspect really did enter while they were away, what was his plan? Did he know the couples' schedule, or was it just random chance? The fact that he used their own firearm against them is such a violation of their home and safety. My heart goes out to everyone affected by this tragedy. It’s a reminder of how fragile life is, and how important it is to cherish every moment with loved ones.
Sending all my love to the community as they go through this trying time.
I keep thinking about the moment when the Kaye's friends realized something was off. It's chilling to imagine the concern turning into dread as each day passed without contact. These were friends who noticed something wasn't right and took action, leading to the discovery. It speaks volumes about the kind of community Robin and her husband were part of, that people cared enough to check in and alert the authorities. It's just tragic that such a horrific discovery awaited them. My heart goes out to the friends who initiated that welfare check; that must be a haunting memory to carry. Has anyone heard more from the neighbors or community about Robin and the support they had?
