Does anyone else find it strange that Carol's jewelry was missing? I can’t help but wonder if this was a robbery gone wrong or if the jewelry was taken as some kind of trophy. It feels so unsettling to think about how something as simple as going for a walk could end so tragically. My heart goes out to Carol’s husband and family as they navigate such a tough time. The fact that there are still no definitive answers is beyond frustrating. I hope the authorities are looking into every possible angle, including any recent pawn shop activity in the area. Sometimes the people responsible for these horrendous acts can slip up, and maybe someone out there saw something unusual that could help lead to a break in the case. Let's hope that justice for Carol isn't far off.
