I have been following this case as well. I am also sickened to hear that the perpetrator bonded out of jail.

I've been following the Thomasville case involving Franklin Hiram Scudder, and one aspect that I can't stop thinking about is how neighbors reacted to the incident. There are reports that some heard the commotion but didn't really understand what was happening until it was too late. It's so haunting to think that something so tragic was unfolding nearby, and people were just carrying on with their daily lives, unaware.
For anyone in the neighborhood, did you notice anything unusual on Duren Drive that day? I can’t imagine how heavy this weighs on members of the community, knowing that a life was lost just a few doors down. If anyone has insight or thoughts to share, especially about how the neighborhood is coping afterward, it would be helpful to understand how such an event impacts everyone, not just the immediate family. My heart goes out to all who knew and loved Franklin.
I’ve been following the case of Franklin Hiram Scudder, and I can’t get over the fact that this all unfolded on Duren Drive—a seemingly normal neighborhood, now forever marked by this tragedy. It's haunting how quickly life can change, and I can't help but think about the community and neighbors who must be grappling with the aftermath. It's a reminder of how domestic incidents can escalate with devastating consequences, impacting not just those directly involved but everyone around them. To everyone who knew Franklin and to those affected by this tragedy, my thoughts are with you as you navigate through this incredibly difficult time. If anyone knows more about how the community is responding or organizing, I’d be interested to hear.
