I can't stop thinking about the courage of that poor 5-year-old child who ran to a neighbor for help. It's both heartbreaking and indicative of the terrifying situation unfolding at the time. It's incredibly sad to imagine what the child experienced and saw. I hope they get all the support they need to heal after witnessing such a devastating tragedy. It's a relief to know, though, that the community seems to be rallying to support the child and cover expenses for the family's cremations. It's moments like these that make you realize how important it is to have a strong support network. My heart goes out to all affected by this tragedy, especially the brave little one.
