I’ve been thinking a lot about the case of Thomas “Myles” Dougherty lately. One aspect that stands out to me is the role of his prosthetic hooks. Considering his disability, could they have made him more vulnerable if he was targeted by someone with bad intentions? I can’t imagine how he managed day-to-day activities, let alone defend himself against an attack. Plus, the fact that he disappeared with his car makes things even more puzzling. How did someone manage to make both him and the vehicle vanish without a trace? It's eerie, especially since neither Myles nor the green Ford Tudor left any clues. Does anyone else think that these prosthetics might have played into the way this case unfolded, and possibly why it remains unsolved?
