Hi everyone, I’ve been diving into the Mary Lou Bostwick case and can’t help but get fixated on the timeline discrepancy here. Mary Lou was supposedly dropped off to babysit, and yet the residents claimed she never arrived. But then, her belongings turned up there. It seems odd, right? Did she come by the place when no one was home? Or was there someone else there who hadn’t mentioned anything about her being there, whether intentionally or unintentionally? Another point that raises eyebrows for me is the connection to the Sharron Coston case. If that witness is as dubious as sources suggest, you have to wonder if they held back info or if there was some wider ring or cover-up. It's just such a pivotal detail that Mary's things were in the apartment, indicating she at least made it inside at some point. Am I missing something here? Does anyone else have thoughts on this? Any information is welcomed!

Hey everyone, I've been down a rabbit hole with Mary Lou Bostwick's case — can't shake how her belongings were found at the apartment but the occupants claimed she never showed up. If she had no reason to think she wouldn't return, why were they left behind? It's really puzzling. What's even more concerning is the apartment occupants' statement that she never arrived. Either they're telling the truth, which begs the question of what happened between her and her route there, or there’s more to their story. Did someone see Mary Lou en route, or was there anything strange happening around Broad Street back then that might not have been reported? Anyone familiar with the Waverly area back in '72, or know the people living in that apartment? It's like trying to piece together a fading puzzle. Any little detail could shed light on what might have happened that day. Hoping to share ideas with you all.

Has anyone else dug into the possible connection between Mary Lou Bostwick and the Sharron Coston case? I've been looking at some old newspaper archives, and there's surprisingly little info tying the cases together, aside from that one witness being considered a suspect. Is it common for two cases from that era to have potential suspects in common, or is this unusual? I worry that with the passage of time, the critical links might be lost or overlooked. It's baffling that someone could disappear like Mary Lou did, with her belongings just left behind. Also, does anyone know if there have been any recent advances or technologies used to try and reopen or solve cold cases like this one? It's frustrating knowing these cases remain unresolved for so long.
