Has anyone else been struck by the incredible bravery of the employees who attempted to stop the shooting at Bertrand Products? I'm reading through the testimonies, and it seems like some individuals acted quickly to alert others and even tried to intervene despite the extreme danger. It’s chilling to think about what they went through, yet also inspiring to see such courage in the face of fear. My heart goes out to all the families affected by this tragedy, but today, I'm particularly grateful for the actions taken by those who tried to protect their coworkers. It’s a solemn reminder of the strength people can find within themselves during horrific circumstances.

Hey everyone, I've been thinking a lot about the safety protocols at workplaces after the tragedy at Bertrand Products. It's so unreal to think that something like this could happen in what should be a safe environment. I can't imagine the pain and shock the victims' families, like Robert Downs Jr.'s, must be dealing with right now. What I'm wondering is, how could someone bring firearms into work so easily? It sounds like Lockey was able to walk in with them in a grocery bag. Should companies be implementing stricter security measures, like metal detectors or bag checks, even if it seems excessive? It might seem like overkill until you realize the lives that could be saved. Has anyone seen any positive changes in workplace security since events like this? Sending love to all the families affected by this senseless event. Stay safe, [Username]
