Hey everyone, I've been looking into the tragic incident at Bertrand Products Inc. and something that's really been on my mind is the impact this must have had on the entire community. John Contadeluci and his coworkers were not just names on a list; they were integral parts of South Bend. It’s haunting to think about how a regular workday could end so horribly and leave such a mark on all those who knew them. Apart from the victims' families who are eating the brunt of this tragedy, think about all the employees who witnessed the shooting or those who just narrowly survived. It’s hard to imagine the type of fear and anxiety they must feel returning to work, grappling with the loss of friends and coworkers, and trying to pick up the pieces. These events have a ripple effect, leaving scars not just physically but emotionally and mentally on an entire community. I keep imagining what it must have been like sitting in that meeting, expecting it to be a normal day, and then having the unimaginable happen. I hope all those affected have access to support and counseling to help them through such a difficult time. Sending strength and peace to everyone touched by this tragedy. Take care, [Username]
