I keep thinking about Eliahana's passion for softball and how much joy it must have brought her and her teammates. It's devastating to think that her cleats will never hit the field again. I can't even imagine what her team is going through, losing not just a player, but a friend who had such a zest for life. I hope this tragedy doesn’t cloud their memories of all the fun times and laughter they shared on and off the field. It's often these personal, everyday connections that hit the hardest when someone we love is taken from us. My thoughts are with her teammates and coaches, who I’m sure will feel her absence profoundly every time they step out on the field. ?
