I’ve been diving into the Malak Haddad case, and one thing that's always felt off to me is the postcard the police received after her murder. It mentioned the missing head as “proof to another she is now dead.” That wording seems strange. I wonder if this was someone trying to send a message, possibly unrelated to the murder itself, or if it was simply a cruel prank. For the police to keep quiet about the full message, it must have been significant, right? It’s chilling to think about how such a cryptic note ties into the case yet provides so few real leads.
Sending lots of thoughts to Audrey, Edward, and Evelyn. I cannot begin to imagine how such a terrible event followed by cryptic messages has impacted their lives. They deserve to know what happened to their mother and to have some peace after all these years.
I'm new to this discussion, but I've been following Malak "Mimi" Haddad's case for a while now, and something about that anonymous postcard really gets to me. The mention of her missing head being “proof to another she is now dead” is both chilling and puzzling. I can't help but wonder about the author’s motives. Was it a cruel taunt or a genuine piece of evidence pointing in a different direction? Given the pain her children have already endured, the thought of someone playing games with such a brutal detail is beyond disturbing. Has anyone heard if the police ever pursued any leads related to the language or style of that postcard to narrow down potential suspects? My heart goes out to Malak’s family; it must be so painful living with these unanswered questions all these years.
