I've been following the Jeremy Coots case and something has always intrigued me. Has anyone else looked into the weather conditions on the day he went missing? I read somewhere that it was quite chilly and there might have been some rain in the days leading up to February 18, 1977. Could wet, slippery conditions have contributed to him wandering too close to the riverbank? Also, hearing impairments can make it much more difficult to sense nearby hazards. It's devastating to think how something seemingly small, like a bit of rain or mud by the river, might have played a role in this tragic event. Thoughts on how these environmental factors might have impacted his disappearance?
