Does anyone else find it chilling that Alonzo Don Cade's disappearance from Westark Community College coincided with a basketball game? Events like these are often seen as safe, community-focused gatherings. It's unsettling to think that someone could be preying on children in such a public and seemingly secure environment. The fact that Alonzo's last known location was around a college basketball game should have been a safe spot is a reminder of how vulnerable kids can be. I can't even begin to imagine the fear and devastation his family felt during those days of uncertainty. The fear and anxiety at events that are supposed to bring joy and excitement must have been overwhelming for the community, too. My thoughts are with Alonzo’s family and everyone who knew him. Let's hope someday they find the justice and closure they deserve.
