Hey everyone, I've been going through the details of the Ernesto Carbajal Garcia case and something's been weighing heavily on my mind—the struggles his family must have faced during that time. It's hard to comprehend the depth of pain they endured, especially knowing that they had to wait years for justice to be served. I imagine the feeling of fear and uncertainty must have been overwhelming as the investigation dragged on without answers. And then, finding out later that Ernesto was one of the victims of David Villarreal, a ruthless predator who was on a spree, must have added an extra layer of horror. Having a loved one become a part of such a harrowing chapter in history—I just can’t even fathom it. I wish his family, and the families of Villarreal’s other victims, could have found some solace sooner. Justice eventually caught up with Villarreal, but it's heartbreaking to think about all the lives shattered and the memories haunted by these terrible events. My thoughts are with everyone affected. Has anyone come across any interviews or articles featuring comments from Ernesto's family? I'd be interested to hear more about how they're doing now, all these years later.
