Hey everyone, I’ve been going down the rabbit hole on the Kristin David case, and something that really stands out to me is the newspaper wrapping. I can't help but wonder about the significance of using newspapers from April 1981. It’s strange to hold onto papers that long unless they had some personal meaning or were part of a collection. Did anyone else notice this detail? Could this suggest local involvement, given how specific that timing is? It feels like a clue just waiting to be fully understood.
I can only imagine the torment her family must feel, knowing that there seem to be these little signs and connections, and yet nothing concrete to bring closure. I just hope that someday justice is finally served for Kristin and her loved ones. Would love to hear if anyone else has thoughts on the newspaper angle or if you’ve spotted something similar in other cases.
Does anyone else find the detail about the newspapers wrapped around Kristin's remains eerily specific? They were dated April 1981, just a couple of months before she disappeared. It seems like such a deliberate choice, maybe meant to send a message or as a way to taunt investigators. It makes you wonder if the killer had been planning this for a while and collected those newspapers to use later. It could also mean the person had access to old newspapers, possibly from a collection or storage area where they worked or frequented. This small but strange detail has always stuck with me, and I hope it eventually leads to something that can help bring closure to Kristin’s family. They deserve to know what happened and see justice served.
