Was anyone else struck by how the authorities have handled Tanya’s case over the years? It’s truly distressing that despite Jason Thornburg’s chilling confession, no charges have been brought against him specifically for Tanya’s disappearance. It makes you wonder about the gaps in the system, especially when it comes to cases involving missing Indigenous women. Her family deserves closure, and Tanya deserves justice. It’s frustrating to see how long it takes for these cases to get the attention they need. Hopefully, by keeping Tanya’s case in the public eye, we can push for the changes necessary to prevent future injustices like this.
