Has anyone else noticed the lesser-discussed detail of Delliah Zamora’s positioning along Summerhill Drive? It's been haunting me to think she was possibly hitchhiking in what she hoped was a friendly neighborhood. Being a mother of five and battling addiction, she likely faced countless challenges, but that doesn't make her any less worthy of safety and justice. What sticks with me is the community's response—she wasn't just another statistic. Her family and friends have had to endure so much. Thinking about the brutal force used against her just underscores the cruelty of the person responsible. I can't imagine the fear and pain she went through. I'm hoping Delliah and all the victims are remembered for who they were beyond this tragedy. Keep her family in your thoughts—they’ve borne a weight most of us can't fathom.
