On October 8, 2015, 19-year-old Gilberto Rojero was fatally shot in a drive-by incident in southeast Houston, Texas. The shooting occurred around 9:30 p.m. in the 7000 block of Avenue N. According to the Houston Police Department, Rojero was standing outside a residence when a vehicle approached, and an occupant opened fire, striking him multiple times.
