On September 6, 2009, 25-year-old Victor Roy George was found fatally shot in Houston, Texas. His body was discovered around 7:30 a.m. in the 4400 block of East Orem Drive, a dead-end street. George had sustained a single gunshot wound to the head. A witness reported seeing him lying in the road and subsequently notified the authorities. At the time, investigators had no suspects or clear motive for the shooting.
