I’ve been thinking a lot about the layout of Keehi Lagoon and how it might've posed a logistical challenge for the killer. Considering the location where Vicki’s body was found, it feels like the perpetrator was either very familiar with the area or had scouted it out beforehand. It's unsettling to think that someone could be so calculated and deliberate. Given that Vicki was known for being feisty and tough, whoever did this must have spent some time planning how they would subdue her. It's tragic how quickly things went from a normal night out to this sinister turn. Anyone else find the location peculiar or have any theories on why the killer might have chosen that spot? My heart goes out to Vicki's family and friends. This case should never have remained unsolved for so long.

Vicki Gail Purdy's tragic case has stuck with me for years, and one element that really puzzles me is the fresh dent found on her car in the Shorebird Hotel parking lot. It seems like such a crucial clue that may have been overlooked. Was it possible someone was trying to block her in or create a diversion? Or maybe she hit something in a rush to get away from someone who was following her? It might seem minor, but I can't help but feel that dent might be a tiny piece of a much larger puzzle. I truly hope that one day, justice will prevail not just for Vicki, but for all the victims of the Honolulu Strangler. Their families deserve answers after so many years. If anyone has any theories or insight into this aspect of the case, I’d love to hear your thoughts.
