I’ve been following the Donna Sundling case for some time, and one detail that gets me every time is how quickly the cremation was arranged. I can’t even begin to imagine how her family felt, not having the chance to say a proper goodbye. The fact that it was done before Donna’s mom could get there seems so rushed. Why wouldn’t Robert have waited? It’s so strange. I wonder if more of these early choices by him were red flags that authorities overlooked back then. It’s unreal how the truth finally came out years later. Just heartbreaking for her loved ones, who had to carry those suspicions for so long without any answers.
