Has anyone looked into the background of the apartment complex on Nellis Oasis Lane where Kevin Lamar was found? Sometimes these places have a history that might provide some context or clues. It could be worth investigating if there were any prior incidents or reports in the area that might tie into Kevin’s case. I can't imagine the pain his loved ones are going through without answers for so long. If anyone has lived there or knows someone who did, maybe you’ve seen or heard something that seemed off around that time? Even the smallest detail could make a difference for Kevin’s family and help move this investigation forward.
