Hey everyone, I've been thinking a lot about Carol Dowd's tragic case, and something that's been on my mind is the location where she was found. Newman's Seafood on Frankford Avenue isn't exactly a secluded spot. It's hard to imagine someone committing such a horrific crime in an area where they could potentially be spotted. It makes me wonder if the murderer was familiar with the area – maybe even knew the best times to avoid being seen. Was it someone local who felt confident enough to take that risk? Or was it a crime of opportunity that spiraled into something so devastatingly violent? Sending love and strength to Carol's family and friends who had to endure such a traumatic loss. I hope they get the justice and answers they deserve.
