I recently came across some articles discussing the Flat-Tire Murders, and one detail that really struck me was the geographical pattern of the attacks, especially involving our poor Nancy Lee Fox. It's such a chilling thought to consider how someone could stalk these locations on the lookout for vulnerable young women. The fact that Nancy's body was found in a canal near Highway 27 makes me wonder if there's something significant about these sites for the killer. Was this choice of location a part of his routine or familiarity with South Florida, or just opportunistic? It's heart-wrenching to think about what her family went through, hoping for answers that still haven't come. And then there’s the fear that so many in that area must have felt, knowing such a predator was on the loose. If anyone has heard of similar cases or knows about those Broward County canals' significance to the killer, I'd be fascinated to discuss or learn more about the possibilities. It just seems so important to keep talking about these unsolved cases and keep the hope alive that one day, justice might be served for Nancy and all the other victims.
