Does anyone else find it terrifying to think about how Sapp managed to stay under the radar for so long? I was reading about Robert Weber's case, and it baffles me how Sapp, with such an extensive history of confinement, was able to evade detection while committing these horrendous acts. It makes you wonder if there were warning signs that got overlooked. How do we prevent something like this from happening again? My heart goes out to Robert's family. I can't imagine the pain they went through knowing he fell victim to someone like Sapp. It's chilling that Sapp had connections to the victims through both personal and criminal activities. I hope the families have found some level of peace with the conviction and that we've learned to catch these patterns earlier. Thoughts?
