I've been thinking about the role of Carol's workplace in this terrible tragedy. It's clear she was a beloved figure at the café, known for her warmth and assertiveness. But those anonymous bouquets of roses are haunting me. It's chilling to think she might have been unknowingly stalked by her murderer, perhaps someone familiar with her routine or someone she encountered at work. Did anyone else find it strange that no one heard anything that night, including her dog? It's like the whole neighborhood was eerily silent during the most horrific moment. Carol deserved so much more than this senseless act of violence, and I truly hope her daughters have found some peace after such a traumatic event. My thoughts are with them and everyone whose life was touched by Carol.
