Is anyone else deeply troubled by how Yun Lee's case highlights the countless vulnerabilities faced by marginalized individuals back then, and still today? It's so distressing to think about how overlooked these vital issues were, allowing predators like Joel Rifkin to operate for so long. Yun, like so many others, deserved protection and support, not the tragic fate she faced. Does anyone know if there have been any movements or initiatives to address this systemic neglect and support vulnerable communities since then? It seems like shedding more light on these problems could help prevent future tragedies. Really hoping for change and justice for victims like Yun.
