Wow, this case is such a complex and devastating one. I can't stop thinking about the community of homeless individuals where Joycie Flowers was found. It’s hard to imagine how vulnerable that environment might be, and how the fear and trauma of such a crime could affect everyone living there. People who are struggling with homelessness often have to fight daily just to survive, and then something like this happens. It must have been terrifying for them, knowing that a predator like Ray might have been lurking around. It's encouraging to see that the prosecutors are still pursuing justice for all of Ray's potential victims, even those whose cases are still unsolved. Hopefully, their persistence will bring some closure to all the families affected, just as it did for Joycie’s daughter, Janel. It must have been an unimaginable burden for her to bear all these years.
