Is anyone else completely haunted by the way the neighborhood must have felt after the murders? I'm struck by how this brutal crime shattered not just a family, but the entire community. I can't even begin to imagine the atmosphere in Warwick following the discovery of Joan Heaton and her daughters. I've read accounts that people in the area were gripped with fear, unsure of what a 15-year-old like Craig Price might be capable of next. Can you imagine looking at a teenager and thinking he could commit something so brutal? It’s chilling. It seems like the community was tight-knit and suddenly everyone was worried about their own safety, questioning how well they really knew their neighbors. I hope the Heaton family found some sort of peace amidst such chaos and fear. Anyone else familiar with how the locals coped afterward, or any efforts by the community to heal?
